1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and CSB Concepts LLC ("CSB Concepts," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company, governing your access to and use of the website located at www.csbconcepts.com (the "Site").
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records.
2. Description of Services
CSB Concepts provides AI-powered Amazon brand management services, including but not limited to:
- Amazon PPC advertising management and optimization
- Product listing creation, optimization, and A+ content development
- Reimbursement recovery and account health management
- Brand strategy, competitive analysis, and market positioning
- Exit planning and brokerage partnership services through our relationship with Website Closers
The Site is provided for informational purposes. It describes our services, showcases case studies, and allows prospective clients to schedule consultations. The actual provision of Amazon brand management services is governed by separate client service agreements entered into between CSB Concepts and each client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, data compilations, software, AI tools, proprietary methodologies, and branding (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of CSB Concepts LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any Content from the Site
- Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any Content
- Use any Content for commercial purposes or public display
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content
- Transfer Content to another person or "mirror" Content on any other server
The CSB Concepts name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of CSB Concepts LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site in any manner that:
- Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, including the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA)
- Involves scraping, data mining, or automated collection of information from the Site
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks
- Interferes with or disrupts the integrity, performance, or availability of the Site
- Introduces malware, viruses, or any other harmful or destructive code
- Impersonates CSB Concepts, its employees, or any other person or entity
- Uses the Site to transmit unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or spam
- Engages in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Site
5. Client Services Disclaimer
The case studies, testimonials, performance metrics, and statistics displayed on our Site are illustrative examples of results achieved for specific clients under specific circumstances. They are provided for informational purposes only.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Individual results will vary based on numerous factors, including but not limited to product category, competition, market conditions, advertising budget, account history, and the nature and quality of the products being sold. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, revenue increases, ROAS targets, or ranking improvements.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to:

- Our brokerage partner, Website Closers
- Amazon and Amazon Seller Central
These third-party services are governed by their own respective terms of service and privacy policies. CSB Concepts is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, in no event shall CSB Concepts LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site
- Any content, information, or materials obtained from the Site
- Any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Site
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your information
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Site exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to CSB Concepts during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CSB Concepts LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your access to or use of the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Any content or information you submit to or through the Site
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. CSB Concepts expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Site. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This includes applicable provisions of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) and other relevant Florida statutes.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation by contacting us at admin@csbconcepts.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree that the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CSB Concepts.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CSB Concepts regarding your use of the Site. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the Site.
For clarity, if you are a client of CSB Concepts, your service engagement is governed by a separate client service agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your client service agreement, the client service agreement shall control with respect to the services provided.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Site.
